Then I say so. The pilot is scoped and costed before I build anything, and I will not take on work that does not justify itself. My model only works if the system actually gets used.

What if the results don't show up?

We agree what the pilot needs to prove before I build it. If it does not hold up in daily use, we fix it before you commit to an ongoing retainer.

How long until I see something working?

You see the system running on your own data during the pilot, before you pay for a retainer. One of my clients is the proof: quoting, job cards, CRM and invoicing, live and used daily by their whole team.

Do I need to be technical to work with you?

No. You bring the business, I bring the build. You keep running your operation while I make the operation work for you.
