In that case we agree on a reasonable retainer upfront based on the scope of what we're building. We always try to tie it to something measurable — hours saved, leads generated, revenue attributed. If we can't measure it, it's hard to argue it's worth doing.
It depends on what we build. Smaller automation projects (like automating a single workflow) would warrant a smaller retainer. Full business automation systems are higher. The free audit will give us both a clear picture of the right number.
No. Monthly, cancel any time. We're confident enough in what we deliver that we don't need to lock you in. If the value isn't there, you shouldn't be paying.
We work with clients globally. The audit call is via Zoom or Google Meet, we build remotely, and we invoice in whatever currency works for you. Time zones are manageable — we're flexible.
Everything we build for you is yours. You own the code, the data, the systems. If you stop the retainer, we hand over everything — credentials, documentation, the works.
